a challenge
I don’t know
if it counts like a real challenge or a life challenge haha but in october of
the year 2017 i went to the Nahuelbuta mountain range with geography carrer
partners in the context of a national
meeting of geography students in
Concepción, in the south of Chile. At the time of the field trip as scheduled
for that week of travel, we went to the Nahuelbuta mountain range with my
partners and with partners from there, but that day wasn’t the nicest for trekking hahaha.
That day,
the cold and the rain felt intensenly for each one of us though it was quite
early. Likewise, these intensified as we ascended towards the lookout from which
it was possible appreciate a kind of ancient araucarias, called araucarias enanas. So, at the time of
went up for the mountain it became unbearable at times, which made it pne of
the most difficults and toughest challenges of my life, at least as far as
travel and adventures are concerned. At one point of the route, a bridge
builted for the local workers (i think) get broke and travelled downstream, so
we have to cross the through a large trunk which was really fun and dangerous
at the same time. So, that afternoon we approached each other to warm up and
maintain a confortable body temperature, we share the supplies that we carry
for the route, and things like that,
Despite all
that, we finally arrived at the lookout, which was incredible cause it was one
of the most beautifuls experiences and places i’ve visited in my life.
