Lately. i dont read usually read as before. But a book that i usually remember is called historias de cronopios y de famas, written by Julio Cortázar in 1962. My cousin recommended it to me and i used to read it in the journeys to my home, which are enough extensive and helpfuls to read awhile. The book belongs to the genre of fiction, and it consists of sixty-four short stories of philosofical reflections about everyday situations, mostly ridiculed and in a ironic way, written through a very simple and digestible language, which is characteristic of the Cortazar's work. I like it because even though it is a fiction and a funny book about reality things, contains an important critic to human behaviors and their aspirations for success, as well as to characteristic classicism of latin american societies represented through three types of characters: the Cronopios, the Famas and the Esperanzas. The first time that i read it was when i was seventeen or eighteen years old more or less, but anyways i remember one of that stories, which spoke about a man that lives without his head, cause when he was beheaded there was a national strike and nobody buried him, whereby he loses all his senses less touch hahah made me laugh so much.
